This dish is inspired by my go-to dog, the chili dog. I didn’t make coleslaw for this one, but I plan to when I have more time. I have been so busy lately that just getting dinner on the table is a great accomplishment, but if you have the time, and you enjoy homemade coleslaw go ahead and smother this dish in it. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you.
This is also an excellent meal for introducing your family to a low-carb high-fat lifestyle because everyone loves hot dogs!

Nutty Keto Pancake Meal Prep

Maybe you’ve heard about it, maybe you haven’t, maybe you’re even already on it. But what the heck is Keto, and why is it in our pancakes? Keto, short for the ketogenic diet, refers to the process of limiting carbs and skyrocketing fat intake to train your body to focus on using the latter for burning energy. After two to seven days the body enters a metabolic state called ketosis, when it no longer has access to enough carbs to process into energy. The body then begins to burn fat at a significantly higher and faster rate than business as usual. This diet was actually first developed to support patients suffering from seizures, but it has since taken the weight loss industry by storm.

Starbucks Chonga Bagel Copycat Recipe – All the flavors of your favorite Everything Bagel, but without all the carbs and gluten. Low Carb Keto Everything Bagels
These days I’m making my bulletproof coffee and low carb bagels at home. Or if I am on the go, I grab a low carb, keto friendly Starbucks drink and just skip the bagel altogether.
I’m sure by now you are no stranger to the infamous fathead cheese dough. It is so incredibly versatile and can be made either savory or sweet. I have used it to make low carb empanadas, keto chicken pot pie, low carb pizza roll ups and more. With each new recipe, I tweak it just a bit, playing with the almond flour to mozzarella ratio and occasionally adding in coconut flour like in these Keto Hot Ham and Cheese Roll-Ups. The end result is always the same. Delicious!
Gluten free keto friendly fathead bagels were a no brainer since I already have Low Carb Everything Bagel Dogs on my site. After playing around with a few different variations, I settled on a combination between my Bagel Dogs and my fathead pizza crust to make just the right texture for these.
