For Guacamole Recipe:

  • 1 avocado mashed
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin

DIRECTIONS:

Instructions for Potato:
Toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil and seasonings, bake on 400 on a wire rack for 50 minutes.
