  • 1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
  • 2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • 3. Cut potatoes into wedges (4-8 wedges per potato depending on the size) and place them in a bowl. Add olive oil (about 1tbsp per 6 potatoes), a generous pinch of sea salt, smoked paprika and ground pepper.

DIRECTIONS:

. Mix well and then place the wedges on the baking tray (leaving a little space between each) and bake for 30-40 min

. (Check at the 30-min mark, they should look like they do in this picture. If they don’t, leave them in for 5-10 more min). Enjoy!
