Welcome again to The Fabulous Mommies (Home of Plant Based recipes), Today i will guide you how to make “Easy & Delicious Lo Mein”. I made this Delicious vegan recipe a few days ago, and I absolutely loved it and enjoyed it with my family. It came out very tasty and flavorful.
Don’t worry it’s easy! This yummy vegan recipe is easy to make and it walks you through the steps and all the ingredients on how to make it:

  • 250g. dry ramen noodles
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 fresh onions (separate the white part from the green one)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1 chili (minced)
  • 2 handful of fresh mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 3-4 carrots
  • 1 broccoli


  • 1/2 cup soy sauce (mild)
  • 1 tsp sugar •1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


Cook the noodles as described on the package. Dry and set aside.
Combine all the ingredients of the sauce in a jar and set aside.
Chop the vegetables in tiny slices and set aside.
Heat a wok over high heat. Add the oil, the ginger, the white part pf the onions, the chili and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add the vegetables and cook 5 minutes, then stir in the noodles and the sauce and cook for another 3-4 minutes (the vegetables should still be crunchy!).
Top with the green part of the onions and the sesame seeds. Enjoy!
