So today i’m about to share a delicious vegan recipe made with simple and healthy “Flatbread Melts Recipe”! Eating vegan doesn’t have to be expensive either. Here you’ll find full instructions how to made it with everyday ingredients:

INGREDIENTS:

GET ALL THE LATEST DELICIOUSNESS

  • Glazed Tofu
  • Green Asparagus
  • Grapes
  • Pineapple Salsa
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Avocado
  • Lime Juice

DIRECTIONS:

Slice tofu into medium thin slices, pan fry them in a non stick skillet for 4-5 minutes (medium heat), add ~ 1/2 tbsp coconut aminos to the pan before carefully flipping them over and frying for another 4-5 minutes. Set aside.

In the meantime wash asparagus and cut off the bottom part which tends to be stringy. Squeeze some lime juice over it, add to the pan, gently toss and just sauté for a couple minutes.

Assemble everything over a bed of greens (I used an organic spring mix), squeeze more lime juice over the greens, add grapes, avocado and your choice of salsa (mine is hiding underneath the tofu and asparagus ), sprinkle some hemp seeds over it and enjoy

This salad bowl takes 10 minutes to make, is super healthy and delicious!

The lime juice, salsa, avocado and hemp seeds replace the need for an additional dressing in my opinion but feel free to add one of course!
