So here we are again today with a new glorious vegan recipe named “Pesto Stuffed Grilled Cheese”, get in and let’s make it together:
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 slices of sourdough or bread of choice
- 2-3 tbsp of pesto
- 4 slices of your favorite vegan cheese*
- Vegan mayo or butter for spreading
DIRECTIONS:
Spread all bread slices with vegan mayo or butter on one side and a generous layer of pesto on the other side.
Heat up your skillet (low to medium) and place bread mayo/butter side down, top with vegan cheese, and the second slice of bread (pesto side down).
Grill until browned from both sides and enjoy!
