INGREDIENTS:

GET ALL THE LATEST DELICIOUSNESS

  • 300g Portobello mushrooms, sliced⠀
  • 400g King Oyster Mushrooms, sliced⠀
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, minced⠀
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes⠀
  • 2 tsp parsley, minced⠀
  • 1 tbsp macadamia parmesan (optional)⠀
  • 200g soy sour cream⠀
  • salt & pepper⠀

DIRECTIONS:

Brush the sliced mushrooms with little olive oil and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side.⠀
Place the mushrooms on a plate, top with thyme, parsley, pepper flakes and parmesan and serve with some sour cream. Enjoy!
